General Age: 14 years Date of Birth: December 22nd Gender: Female Species: Shapeshifter Dimension: Reflexions Appearance Link Rossana is the reflexion of Nyx. She doesn't look all that different from the real Nyx, but she has longer hair and, of course, the colors of her eyes are inversed. She also wears a kind of collar, which has a little jewel in the center which makes it look more like a necklace than a collar. The jewel is very colorful, similar to an opal, but the difference is that it seems to swirl when she's happy. She has found a way to shape-shift it, however, and so changes it depending on her form or how she feels that day. It's most common shape is a cat-beanie which she absolutely adores. Her beanie is slightly different from the one Nyx wears, though, looking more like a skeleton cat than just a regular cat. Another thing is that she tends to wear darker colors, and the symbol on her favorite shirt looks more menacing than the one Nyx likes to wear. Personality Rossana tends to act like Nyx, but the difference is that most of the time she's merely pretending to be that way. She's a bit more quick-witted and suspicious of strangers than Nyx. She's also slightly malevolent, finding joy in poking fun at others and teasing those who tend to act as if they're better than her. She's also a bit more fearless, though she knows when it's time to hide or flee. She was abandoned as a baby, though, and no one ever knew the parents. She was taken into the orphanage, but she felt as if she were 'boxed in,' and decided to run away before she really had the chance to find caring parents. The ones who worked at the orphanage tried to find her, but with her shape-shifting ability it was nearly impossible, and eventually they gave up. They are still trying to find her, mind you, they just don't try as hard as they used to. She was pretty well-off on her own, though. One night, while she was asleep, she had a run-in with a Dream eater. Dream eaters take control of a being's body and feed on the fear of the soul of the original controller which they constantly torture in order to live. She was lucky, though, and a Dream walker protected her from it. In doing so, the Dream walker was injured, and the Dream eater left her with a curse which made her very unlucky, and a choice target for other Dream eaters and Dream snares. The injured Dream walker was on the verge of death, and so gave her the jewel that it's life depended on to counteract the curse. She now wears the jewel in the collar around her neck, which changes depending on her shape.
