He's fond of using profanity and sarcasm. Not only that, but he's known for always having some kind of malicious intent, no matter how nonchalant he may seem at the time. He tends to be rather reckless, and never seems to plan things out very far. Despite that, he's rather smart and is never slow to react or catch on to something hinted at. He's bloodthirsty and won't hesitate to cause pain and suffering. He likes to cause chaos and destruction. Vigilance, the person Gig was before he became "Gig," was kindhearted. He had a good sense of justice and tried to do good in any way he could. When he is later restored, Vigilance remembers and regrets his actions as Gig. However, he was killed by Median the Conqueror, who had been tricked by Drazil, the ruler of a world of the same name, into killing Gig, believing his death would erase death from the world. In truth, this left the flow of souls vulnerable to outside forces that would take them when they traveled to the afterlife, and gradually lead to fewer and fewer souls and fewer beings being born in Haephness. Vigilance was among the souls taken by Drazil, who erased his memories and turned him into the bloodthirsty murderer Gig. Drazil then sent Gig and the three World Eaters; Thuris, Fienne and Raksha; to destroy all life on Haephnes so Drazil could take all their souls. Gig then traveled to Prodesto and used his three titans, the World Eaters, to ravage the continent until he was sealed away in a sword, called the Onyx Blade, by Layna, a legendary hero who became queen, as well as Virtuous, the Master of Life. With Gig sealed away, the World Eaters went into slumber. Gig waited inside the Onyx Blade until the day it was held by a young hero named Revya. Revya planned on using Gig's powers to protect Prodesto and Gig went along with it, all the while planning to take control of Revya's body if he/she were to use too much of his power. Gradually, Gig regains his memories and turns good again by the time he and Revya face Drazil. (Another game which has multiple endings.. my choice? LEAVE IT BLANK AND DON'T REFER TO IT AT ANY POINT UNLESS NECESSARY, AT WHICH POINT CHOOSE THE ONE WHICH MOST PEOPLE GET OR SOMETHING.)
